Home Sweet Home: Fall Themed Fireplace Mantel

I absolutely love this time of the year.  The weather is slowly cooling down, the leaves on the trees are changing colors, and stores are full of fall decor.  I especially like that last part ;)  I wanted to have touches of fall decor in our home, so I stopped by Hobby Lobby because they had 40% off fall decor...woohoo!  Here's our finished fireplace mantel...
