You will need:

For the Salad:
-2 1/2-3 cups of salad mix of your choice (we usually choose the Spring Mix or Arugula)
-1/4 of a Red Onion (finely sliced)
-8-10 Walnut halves (roughly chopped)
-5 tbsp of Dried Cranberries
-4 tbsp of Goat Cheese Crumbles
Pour the dressing over the salad, and toss lightly with tongs or salad tossers.
