Game Day Recipe: Stuffed Mushrooms

Here's another easy recipe to make for your next get together!  Stuffed mushrooms...drool!

|what you will need|

(makes about 30 mushrooms)
+ two large packages of button mushrooms
+ 2 packages of softened cream cheese
+ 1 bunch of green onion (finely sliced)
+ about 5 tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese
+ salt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste

|how to|

{1} Preheat your oven to 375 F.

{2} Rinse off the mushrooms.  Then, pat them dry.

{3} Remove the stems of the mushrooms.  You do this by slightly wiggling the stem in a circular motion until the stem pops off.

{4} Mix the cream cheese, green onion, salt, pepper, and garlic powder together. 

{5} Using a small spoon,  fill the mushroom caps with a generous amount of the cream cheese mixture.

{6} Sprinkle a small amount of Parmesan cheese onto the top.

{7} Bake for about 10-15 minutes or until top is golden brown.
